THREE INCREDIBLE MEETING VENUES
|
THAT TAKE ACCESSIBILITY TO HEART
|
In hospitality, in group and leisure categories equally, the quest for true accessibility has become more than just a necessity—it's a cornerstone of providing exceptional service. Thankfully, most people are supportive of the rights of all, but it’s human nature to fall victim to seeing the world mainly from our own vantage-point, causing a few things to fall through the cracks. In order to be completely welcoming to absolutely everyone, every differing ability must be taken into consideration as much as possible. For example, a hotel check-in desk without an easy exit forward or low counter will make conversations with a guest using a wheelchair incredibly awkward. If a hotel chairlift requires a physical key to operate, as many do, it won’t help guests if the key can’t be located. During meetings, if hearing-impaired attendees are saddled with faulty ALS
(Assisted Listening Systems) equipment or find out none exist, they’ll likely feel that they’ve wasted a trip. To avoid all this and provide a welcoming environment our properties are all equipped with accessibility features. But, we’ve chosen three to highlight for their commitment to an accessible experience.
From stunning locations to state-of-the-art amenities, CoralTree Hospitality properties have taken accessibility to heart, ensuring that every guest and meeting attendee, regardless of ability, can fully participate.
