We are excited to share that CoralTree Hospitality will now manage the Austria Haus Hotel in Vail, Colo. The 25-room boutique hotel is located in the heart of Vail Village on the banks of Gore Creek. CoralTree has entered into a licensing agreement with Hyatt to manage Austria Haus Hotel under the Destination by Hyatt brand. Austria Haus Hotel is steps away from Vail’s vibrant year-round village offering shopping, dining and access to recreation. The hotel offers stylish, thoughtfully appointed rooms and suites. Rooms feature exposed beams, private balconies, plush bedding and heated marble bathroom floors. Suites offer additional space and a fireplace. Guests have access to a complimentary European breakfast in the Lobby Lounge daily. Additional amenities include a fitness center, pool, business and concierge services as well as laundry. The award-winning hotel was recognized on the Conde Nast Traveler “Readers’ Choice Awards” as the No. 7 hotel in Colorado in 2023. Austria Haus Hotel also was listed as the No. 3 Best Hotel in Vail on Tripadvisor and received the 2023 Tripadvisor Travelers’ Choice Award. Join us in celebrating the 19 year anniversary of our Vice President of Marketing Nancy Kern. She’s quietly made a significant impact on our firm for nearly two decades! She started her career with our team as the marketing manager for Destination Hotels & Resorts where she onboarded new properties and players and executed successful portfolio wide acquisitional marketing campaigns. Over the years, her role expanded to include traditional and digital marketing efforts, developing a guest acquisition program, branding, public relations and customer loyalty initiatives. She helped us launch our new firm under the CoralTree moniker more than five years ago as vice president of marketing. Nancy has built a comprehensive corporate marketing program that provides needed resources to our growing collection of properties. One of her favorite things to work on are brand immersion exercises that include creating new and meaningful brands to helping our hotels and resorts find the signature touch points and services that make our places a unique experience. Nancy’s work expands beyond traditional property support and touches all disciplines from for groups and meetings to service essentials as well as fine tuning business development pitches. Nancy deeply cares about her co-workers and the support she provides to the field. She is invested in the success of both our company and each property in our portfolio. When she’s not dedicated to her work at CoralTree, Nancy loves to travel. She most recently traveled to Brussels but her favorite country she’s explored so far is South Africa.
